Redacted. More Fear = More Money

15 Jun

(I got less that six hours of sleep last night and feeling the need to sleep now. Trying to put it off for an hour or two. . . .)

I don’t think the men in black could convince me that this surveillance is worthwhile. Of course, there is money being made, and that is part of it. But the bigger part of it is that these guys, politicians of the right and the left, are terrified of another 9/11 on their watch. Shred the Constitution? Sure!

Even if Congress tried to stop abuse, which they wouldn’t, they would be overridden by the unitary executive because national security. Let’s face it, at this point the NSA/CIA/DIA has enough to blackmail just about anyone with something to lose to do anything. So, I figure the surveillance state is pretty much baked in. That a 3 month employee could have access to this crap, take it, not be detected until he revealed himself leaves me feeling secure that no rogue employee would ever go stalk an ex gf with this data or anything.

There is at least one implementation under which I would have less concern, and that would be that *everyone’s* information, all of it, on everybody, is publicly accessible and everyone is in the same boat. Where you live, what you get paid, what your boss gets paid, all of your email, all of your phone records, all of your credit card records. Everything. If there’s any such thing as a level playing field that is as close as I can imagine coming to it.

Total Public Awareness night solve a lot of societal problems – like when people see what the markup really is on that item or how many kids died to produce it they might make different choices. But again, like Single Payer it won’t really work unless everyone is in it with equal access. And the 1%ers might have to go Galt. Did anyone here ever read The Falcon and the Snowman? Similar kind of story, 40 years ago about a couple kids discovering that the national security apparatus was completely nuts. The one guy is in jail still. Don’t remember what happened to his friend.

There are lots of companies that develop “products” from the basic intelligence infrastructure. The comments about the PRISM slideshow appearing to be a pitch are probably correct, but do not detract from the seriousness of the content.
It is actively encouraged to have separate groups work the same data, to then compare conclusions. Which opens up the field to a lot of contractors, in a surging growth area. The salaries are high, because the contracts are in the stratosphere, and the trained talent is playing hard to get.

The whole thing is a huge drain on the nation’s resources, and probably won’t protect us from the next big threat, because they tend to be myopic. Now they are aiming at Iran, and NK. Back in the 80s they gloriously missed what Gorbachov was up to and its consequences, because they all needed the Soviet Union to keep ticking, as fighting the Russkies was paying for them all.

They’ll screw up in similar fashion this time, and probably because they have deluded themselves into thinking they can follow, everything to be sure, there is money to be made off totalitarianism (let’s call it what it is). And people are making money off it and will want to continue making money off of it. But i don’t think that explains it, at least not completely. I think the risk to Ghoulgle & Fadedbook would outweigh the value of money they made — if they made money at all. And of course we all know the person whom Snowden “revealed” himself too was Glenn Greenwald, yes? But, you know – boring!

And a few words about Hong Kong where our hero is hiding awaiting his fate, or is he gone? Why Hong Kong might be a good choice? I guess I agree if this guy has defection to China as a backup plan. If he does, then I think my respect for him goes down a notch. Can’t really put in words why, but it somehow does… Maybe it’s because one is wondering why the hell someone who’s upset over “totalitarian” spying on civilians might want to live in the PRC of all places. Yeah, I think that’s part of it. Also, if he really wants to be a hero (I don’t know if he does) then he should face the consequences in the US and let public opinion decide whether he is a hero and free him if that is the consensus. He might face the death penalty no? I won’t ask that of him. I’m kind of assuming that’s off the table or can be gotten off the table. Maybe I’m wrong. I’m with noblejoanie, who is noblejoanie for good reason. He would have to have a pretty thick skin to go to china and why would they offer? Yeah. I don’t think China would want to touch him. He probably isn’t valuable enough to them for the bad biz they would get for it.

Slightly different circumstances

I probably don’t know enough about either. But yeah, if you don’t think you can move the needle, don’t go public. Hide. He doesn’t seem to be seeking hero or martyr status, just an honorable man who won’t make Greenwald take the fall for him. This guy is what Democracy looks like. It pains me to think of what his family is giving up, what he is giving up. I admire Efward Snowden for leaking the information. I doubt very much if I could do what he did – and what he did really is important for everyone. But the reality is that he has stepped on some very big and very sore toes and revenge will be sought I am afraid.

Maybe as someone who works in the private sector in N. Va. I take it slightly too personally, but this sentiment strikes me as no better than right-wing hating on government employees. How the government splits up the work between federal employees and contractors isn’t up to anybody at the working level. Nobody is virtuous or a villain because of which organization cuts their paycheck. The work is largely similar and people go where the jobs are.

Defense spending vs. domestic spending

I can argue about policy without venting bile on an entire class of people who, right or wrong, believe in the value of their work. As most people do. This ain’t Wall Street, you realize. Worker bees in this field can have comfortable existences, but don’t get rich. Singling out a chunk of the middle class as “grifters” because you don’t like the current composition of government spending strikes me as aiming at the wrong target.

Would the same happen after another attack? Would Republicans fall in line behind Obama as Democrats did for Bush? The program was theoretically useful, as long as terrorists were not aware of it and tended to yak away on their phones. Were the really dangerous terrorists really so naive as to think there was no surveillance? Anyway this surveillance will now catch only the really dumb terrorists (and not lone wolves). // To finish this analyze, I’d been working a three long days in a row. In Yakutia, we’re very interested to clarify what’s going on in the world to worth to comment on eyakutia.com as I said. More at albertnikanorov.org

All about patterns in my own world

4 Jun

The life is a casual in most cases. The thing is how to invest every second of/from one day into something anything to get a positive feedbacks from had happened situations, thoughts, feelings, intentions, desires, aims etc etc. In my opinion. One day, one week, one year, a decade, it doesn’t matter. You are getting to be older from the childhood. And it’s coming the day when you’ll realize that you’ve been living on earth just one day. One day can make difference in most cases. Our casual day-by-day situations, thoughts, feelings, intentions, desires, aims  are our destiny to think different and make changes. This is the matter of choosing. In my opinion so far.

So what’s the big deal? To invest as far as you could into one day your best thoughts, feelings, intentions, desires, aims respectively. And I’m doing this all the time, or I hope that the thing going to be exactly like this. Who knows? Who? Me? I don’t think so, we aren’t robots and won’t predict what will happen in the future. The future is a matter of our casual thoughts, feelings, intentions, desires and aims as well. What are you doing in your casual days are the future and what will happened in the future. Languages, programming languages, exams, university, education, parents, girlfriend, friends, social networks, the internet, travel, communication, balcony, social skills, brands, calls, cleaning, etc. etc. It’s a messed up of various fields of our one – day that can make influence in another aspects of life. Such a life. I do not know yet what’s going on the earth but I guess the earth is one huge project of somebody that we call ‘God’. Again, who knows? Who?

Is this the future for sharing with the books collobaritevely by paying for one copy just one time?

Is this the future for sharing with the books collobaratively by paying for one copy for one time? It’s sounds utopian, it is. Just imagine this scenario of our future for paying to read a book one time by one person. And there would be one place where this person will have a platform to sharing with this one copy anonymously or publicly as a author of.

I’ve been thinking about it for a long time. Three days ago I released a concept page of that was barely an idea a couple month ago – thepiratebooks.org. I think it’s fair to say that this time come true and I didn’t quite know how reaction would be. But it was. Not so impressive I would have to say. The project is in lite version, and even I didn’t uploaded a collected files to share but I just wanted to know the reaction of my friends what they will say about the idea and how impressively they will support to share with their copies of books. I failed.

In case you missed it, the thepiratebooks.org is alive for posting by everyone. thepiratebooks.org, is my idealistic and fictional concept for a everyone who can read. It has one purpose, and only one purpose: enabling ‘shares’ with ‘if you want to read this book you have to pay in cash’ for free for the masses by the person why had paid in cash.

To do it quickly, easily, beautifully and efficiently. The thepiratebooks.org is about breaking down the same barriers that Amazon originally did for selling e-books. The main aim of thepiratebooks.org the same but with one little difference: share, if you paid your cash to buy a book in amazon.com, share with your copy of ‘knowledge’ with everyone all over the world for free. It’s a cornerstore value and in what I believe personally.

All the knowledge we have today, all the progress we’ve made, are based on this simple fact – we copy. A spirit of free access to information and knowledge and today book burnings are done digitally, by blocking or closing down internet services that has non-profit believes that e-book have to be paid one time and the future of copy is let it fly for free by everyone who hasn’t enough money in order to take these flows of information to improve our world to more better place for sharing with worth to reading ideas for free.

How to navigate life’s turbulent waters

21 May

I’m pretty sick, I guess that’s why I opened my wordpress blog.

A two days earlier I had been analizying my long period of blogging through published posts here to understand what sort of lacks I had to fix to take one step further of my little tiny career among other bloggers in various platforms in order to be noticed to receive an invitation from https://svbtle.com/apply. I came to conclusion that I have to edit each line of text both carefully and diligently while I’m typing ‘good’ one. Strong grammatic is best sign of personality. Good sense of word, good sense of life. Such a philosophical thoughts that yesterday was my second trying to get a profile on Svbtle. As a usual what I received on my e-mail was only this:

Hey Albert, your application to Svbtle has been received. We go through applications in infrequent stages, so it might take a while to hear back.

I’m pretty sick not only by this fact. I applied on membership where subtle is ” a new kind of writing and publishing network” to increase my statistics of tumblr’s http://albertnikanorov.org/ and to start get feedbacks by real-readers all over the world in the second time. My application would be cancelled by the reasons of my ‘poor’ English, and everyone can prove these words. So sick!

A couple years ago I created a few TODO lists with goals I’d like to achive while I’m on this planet. It contains everything I want to accomplish in the next few days, but I have to add in the next months in more concrete way, and in the longer term respectively. Also it contains all my ideas and thoughts. As you’ve noticed we have lots of ‘reactions’ in the same situations in this life. And the list help me to clarify my private inner reactions and try to be as possible as it could more objective concerning what had happened, and how to react to it in the best way. In other words this document essentially contains my current state and aspited state. My list is the one most important thing I’ve ever done in my life. For instance, I know that in my current usual days I want to skill my writing, programming and learning techniques to be more productive and fluent doing it second by second, minute per minute, hours for hours.

It doesn’t need to be anything special, but the very act of committing your goals and ideas to paper seems to make them more tangible and achievable. And one of my experiences I’d like to achive is get special invitation to publish my thoughts on Svbtle. It would make sense to convince self-confidence.

Just having another person around is really nice, though, BUT.

I’ve always been afraid of sharing space with other people. I almost thought of dropping out of university if I had to share a room. And when I was living in the dorm mostly I had been dreaming the day where I’m moving to separate room. Because I couldn’t dropped out because of it seems odd and still, that people around me would had been gossip that Albert dropped out because of he couldn’t live in the dormitory with other folks. In my environ at that time it was sounds like ‘that he’d failed to live with other equal guys because of he’d acting like a flabby, or even was a flabby, characterless young man. I didn’t want to be amoung these gossipness about me in mouth of absolutely unknown for me people. I didn’t care, but my parents really care about it, and I understand them 🙂 Thanks to my parents that supported me at that time with blessings and with life’s advices how to interact with people than couldn’t understand you inner world.

‘Planning,’ I say, ‘makes sense when you’re solving a predefined problem or working for somebody who is defining the problem for you. But it doesn’t make sense when you’re hacking. When you’re hacking, as Paul Graham likes to note, you’re actually figuring out what the problem is, exploring the problem space. It’s through writing the code that you figure out what the code should do. You can’t plan that.’

I, meanwhile, have been struggling with my own demons — mainly procrastination. Programming is an odd task in that it requires so much mental discipline that your mind is often afraid of doing it. Worse still is the fact that it happens at a computer, usually one with an Internet connection, so there’s hardly any visible difference between actually doing your work and running off to check your email or read the news. It’s incredibly frustrating to snap out of a bit of newsreading and realize you just wasted a couple of hours.

Is this the second coming of wallmarkets.ru? Not likely

17 May

facebook_2_1

There is a few major hubs of social activity by using mix of techniques: advertising, promotion, word-of-mouth campaigns, how to handle more traffic, engagement etc etc. And the thing is all about to interact with customers (with future and present) and the facebook is one of places to marketing a new product to reach new clients to get more feedbacks and so on.

To build a transparent environment, freely discuss between consumers and marketer to flow balance. And the gossip about if you have facebook page you don’t really need a web site anymore. Do you agree with this? Me, not!

But one part I like. Social networking sites offers me/you the opportunity to get my/your message to all these gender demographics for free and its customer base is an efficient way to reach our and expand the name of the product, in particular ‘wallmarkers’. It’s clear and patiently obvious but to reach them all efficiently and get back feedbacks by expanded audience is the most important and hard to achieve quickly, in my case.

There’s facebook’s pages are probably the best option to create a web-site by one click for free + potental customers that had been scrolling 5-minutes news and interactions with comments with their buddies on the online where you can reach the attention in the fastest way even by liking every post of every photos in every pages. People loves to come back and see over and over again on and on who liked ‘them’.

For instance, there is a facebook’s pages, and lots of them are for public figures, brands who want to establish a presence and start to interacting with fans. In my situation, I’m not famous guy and it would be hard to me to interact with zero fans and in the current situating to create public page is just waste of time and spamming your facebook’s friends. There have to be a product, or public face that created the page to chat with his/her wider audience via the online.

Entertainment companies, such as movie studios, book publishers, and music labels are the best example to start interact with customers. And when’re are talking about our feelings and thoughts with our friends by direct messaging this is sort of marketing of our personality by as I said through fastest ways to tell about us, actually. What we’re doing and why we’re doing it to be interesting to more people than we could be in real life.

It seems to me that…

9 May

if I have desire truly to write down my feelings I think that I’m getting to loose my weight to say something new and interesting for other ears. It’s painful exquisitely annoying ‘phase’ of ‘How to stop fear to say the thing at it is, without any fictional addings and stolen sentences or even ‘lie storytelling’. So I started to analize the sequences of raised thougts before to write on my blog ‘my inner world, and about my person how it is, what kind of pitcure you’ll see about me when I’m naked, figuratively to saying, of course :P.

I don’t know but before to start I’m thinking that post have to be ‘long’ in order to prove that my English is fluent. Sorry, but this is bullshit. The second it that I have to ‘not to use’ ordinary words at all, and this is the second bullshit. I’m ordinary person and according to my days I cannot describe the ordinary situations with the help of ‘high literature’. I’m not professional writer, at all events. May be this isn’t the reason to say such things like this, but I’m saying how it is in life. And the third it that I have to publish two posts per day, and it really doesn’t matter the quality of my thoughts all stuff that will be said on each post. In early days this model worked very well, and time goes by and my ‘be ready to write in anytime’ was gone too. So the fast that I skipped a few days till now are started to press me psychologically that I failed with my plan. It’s hard and ‘waste of time’ pressure yourself by yourself. Waste of time and waste of personality by that kind of feelings.

So I wrote two ordinary passages, and good thing is that you see my current level, and again, it doesn’t matter for now to be fluent for me, I’m just saying that I have to say. I’m reading all the time in the English language, but my level is staying at the current level so far and I cannot do nothing about that. I would just encoureged to myself to continue my reading not in the internet but real paper books. It’s good strategy and it works.
